He has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Due diligence, Initial Public Issues, Rights Issues, Private placements, QIPs, FCCBs, GDRs, Takeover of Listed & Unlisted Companies, Merger & De-merger of Listed & Unlisted Companies, Prevention of Oppression and Mismanagement, Dealing with Capital Market Intermediaries, Stock Exchanges, SEBI, ROC, RD, CLB (NCLT), Department of Company Affairs, Official Liquidator etc. Under the able leadership of Mr. Harish Bora and his dedicated Team, we provide full-fledged coordination services for compliance activities bridging gap between various intermediaries, authorities and the management.
